Susquehannock offers regular training in Hombu-style Aikido, a peaceful art derived from samurai training. Campers are taught rolling and falling skills, the principles of blending, connection, and extension, and basic techniques sometimes illustrated with their weapons-based origin. White Judo or Karate style training gi's are not required, but campers with martial arts experience are encouraged to bring and wear them.
