The weight room at Susquehannock for Boys offers a complete circuit of new nautilus machines specified and provided by fitness expert and camp alumnus Charlie Packman, former strength and conditioning coach for UPenn and Villanova.

Shoulder Press Incline Press Leg Extension
Hamstring curl Lat Pulldown Lateral Raise

The fitness center also has a flat bench, adjustable bench, squat rack, and a full set of freeweights. Campers are taught the safe use of the equipment, and are able to use it regularly. All weight room use is under counselor supervision.
