Fitness (Boys/Girls)

Susquehannock offers a comprehensive fitness regimen for those athletes seeking to:

  • Achieve total body fitness
  • Reduce weight
  • Prepare for a Fall sport.

  • Those motivated campers who elect to take advantage of the program use a combination of nautilus and free weights, body exercises, stretches, and modest distance running on our 1000+ acres and the dirt roads, which surround the campus. There is also an opportunity to swim laps at the lake before breakfast.
