The Susquehannock weight room offers a complete circuit of nautilus machines:

The fitness center also has a flat bench, adjustable bench, squat rack, and a full set of freeweights. Campers age 14 and above are taught the safe use of the equipment, and are able to use it regularly. All weight room use is under counselor supervision.
