To reserve your child's place at Susquehannock next summer, download our application form here, which allows you to type in all your information, then print it out, sign it, and put it in the mail. The form is an Adobe Acrobat document, and you can get the free reader software at this link. Some web browsers will open up this form in a new window, and you can type in your information directly in your browser prior to printing the form.

Upon receipt, we will send you a welcome packet which will include a letter from the directors, a list of what to pack for camp, and medical forms which you will need to send back to us.
