The first Ultimate Frisbee Game was played between Brown and Princeton in 1971. Once a small club sport, Ultimate Frisbee has expanded to over 100 high school teams, 500 college teams and 1000 club teams - in the US alone! Clinics emphasis passing & catching skills, making better, more acurate cuts and learning how to read the disc to tell where its going while in flight. We play on a regulation field - seven vs. seven. Ultimate is played without referees and places the responsibility for fair play on the players themselves. Highly competitive play is encouraged, but never at the expense of the bond of mutual respect between players, adherence to the agreed-upon rules of the game, or the basic joy of play.
